Some examples of our recent work include:

• funding a $500,000 acute illness infant and child monitoring unit in the Children’s Hospital in Winnipeg
  
• sponsoring the Lakeshore Area Multi-service Project (LAMP), which provides medical services and other programs to at-risk children and their families
  
• supporting the North End Hockey Program that provides less fortunate children with the opportunity to play hockey, develop life skills, and make lifetime friends and precious memories

The Foundation operates with a volunteer Board of Directors and a dedicated group of volunteers that raise money through outstanding events, generous donations or sponsorships, and the kind support of athletes, entertainers, and compassionate fan base, as well as caring community members.
